My scanner bed isn't large enough to get the 13 stripes in. I was surprised to find out today that Renata knew that there were originally 13 states, "then we fought a war and now there are 50." Pretty good for a 6 year old. Harry's flag painting ended up completely red and blue with swirls dug into it with the backside of his brush. Different interpretation.

Marina scored one of only a few high golds and took second place in the 11 and 12 year old solo division. We are so proud of her. She finished 8th over all when including all solos and all styles.
A Day in Racine
Rain caused us to miss the "Out of Sight Kite Flight" so we headed to Racine to the RAM to check out the gallerys. Did some shopping down town and checked out some of the painted otters and fish.

It is very brief because I turned off the camera and proceeded to show him my chompers. The work that he did about 20 years earlier. He said he was suprised it lasted that long. We will miss him greatly. (And all our teeth too.........Brush 'em, Brush 'em, Brush 'em)
